RGV Sector Agents & LECAs – The polling for the implementation of the Shift Bids MOU is open now and will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. All bargaining unit Border Patrol Agents and LECAs within RGV Sector are eligible to vote for the Shift Bid MOU implementation. The polling sheet has been sent to your e-mail address at your station/work location. Once polling closes, all votes will be counted and a determination will be made, (based on a majority of those participating in the poll), as to which stations and work locations will “opt-in” or “opt-out” of the Shift Bids MOU.
Agents assigned to the CPC should indicate “CPC” as their duty station. The completed sheets must be placed in the designated polling box at each of your respective stations.
The Union encourages you to review the Shift Bids MOU and ask questions regarding the interpretation of the MOU. All questions should be directed to E-Board Officers & Chief Union Representatives.
